Returns & exchange

Wrong item, wrong size or damaged on arrival? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund you.

Items must be unused, in original packaging and with tags. For hygiene, opened feeding, bath and personal-care items can only be returned if faulty.

Contact us with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a pickup.
